I took my niece Nina to Cafe Lulec, located on Smith Street in Brooklyn. She requested Cafe Lulec's scrumptious pancakes for her birthday and being the good auntie that I am, I obliged. Together we headed downtown on a Wednesday afternoon.  Of course we wore our Brunch Snob tees. Nina's pankcakes were topped with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and bananas. It took everything in me not to ask her for a bit of her pancakes.    Nina makes the perfect Brunch Snob Kid.   Here I am wearing my red candy apple Brunch Snob tee.

Brunch So Hard at I.M. Pastry Studio!

For me, the brunch experience starts the minute I walk into a restaurant or an eatery. If it's a place I haven't been to before, I take a quick glance at the environment and the patrons before I even speak to the host. My decision on whether or not I want to try a new restaurant, is due largely on aesthetic.
